Product Prices: Tax-included prices are displayed on each product page.
Shipping: Free shipping nationwide (flat rate). For shipments outside Japan, please inquire individually.
Payment Methods: Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay Later (Paidy), Shop Pay, Rakuten Pay, PayPay, MerPay, PayPal
Payment Timing:
- Credit card / Apple Pay / Google Pay: Please contact each respective company.
- Pay Later (Paidy): Charges confirmed each month are closed at month-end, and an invoice is issued on the 1st of the following month. Notification is sent via email/SMS (short message) by the 5th.
Payment methods are convenience store payment (via convenience store terminals), bank transfer, and account transfer (direct debit). The payment due date is the 27th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. For account transfer, the amount is debited on the 27th.
Depending on the payment method, a fee is charged for each monthly payment (invoice). For convenience store payment, a fee of up to ¥390 (tax included) applies; for bank transfer, the customer bears the transfer fee. No payment fee applies for account transfer.

*If the 27th falls on a financial institution holiday, it will be the next business day.

Returns/Refunds and Exchanges for Defective or Flawed Products:
If a product is defective or flawed, we will accept an exchange or return/refund. Exchanges and returns/refunds are limited to items that are unused, with the outer box and all accessories not removed and fully present. Please note that we cannot provide any response beyond a return/refund. Please be aware in advance.
We cannot accept items that are not complete, so please understand in advance. Exchanges or returns/refunds due to the purchaser's own circumstances are not accepted.
Exchanges will only be handled if the desired product is in stock. In the case of a defective or flawed product, please contact our customer support within 10 days of product shipment to request an exchange or return/refund. Additionally, please return the applicable product to our designated location within 20 days of shipment (counting from and including the shipping date).
Return Shipping: Borne by our store.
